Aurélie is a French Osteopath who has been registered in Ireland since March 2020. Originally from the South of France, she has called Sligo home since.

Driven by her passion for medicine, nature, and horses, Aurélie pursued a career in Osteopathy.

She trained at ISO Aix-en-Provence in France from 2003 to 2008, learning under the mentorship of university professors, hospital doctors, and a senior generation of Osteopaths with over thirty years of experience. The institution focused on developing practitioners with robust medical knowledge capable of executing a comprehensive range of manual techniques. Through these manipulations, Osteopaths can engage with various tissues, assess the root causes of bodily disorders, and understand the interconnected systems of the human body.

In 2009, seeking a closer connection to nature, Aurélie moved to the French Alps, an area renowned for its wildlife, mountaineering, and extreme sports.

There, she established her own practice which she ran for eleven years. She treated a diverse patient base and a wide range of conditions, working with mountaineers, athletes with sports injuries, infants, children, pregnant women, the elderly, and people with disabilities. This unique setting in the Alps welcomed local residents, tourists, and second-home owners from both France and abroad.

To further develop her practice during these years, Aurélie also covered for colleagues across the Alps and abroad.

Additionally, she volunteered for an osteopathic association, providing free care to children and mothers in vulnerable situations.

To incorporate emotional and transgenerational factors into her holistic approach, Aurélie completed a three-year course in Clinical Psychosomatics with Salomon Sellam in 2010.

This method, also known as "biodecoding," bridges the gap between physical symptoms and a patient's emotional history or life events. By interpreting, translaitng the body's language, it examines connections across a patient's lifespan—from childhood to the present—as well as ancestral and genetic influences. This expertise enriches her osteopathic assessments, allowing for a deeper understanding of the individual and their health challenges.

In 2015, her interest in animal welfare led her to train in Intuitive Animal Communication with Dr. Anna Evans. Since then, she has successfully combined this training with her osteopathic knowledge to treat animals.

Seeking to access more subtle dimensions of healing when Osteopathy alone is not enough, Aurélie trained in the Total Reset Method in 2016.

She sought an approach that could address deeper, subtle cellular imbalances beyond the scope of traditional Osteopathy. This method (closely related to NAET in the United States) utilizes frequencies and draws on principles of Homeopathy, Naturopathy, and Kinesiology. When integrated with osteopathy, it helps manage allergies, intolerances, hypersensitivities, as well as hormonal, immune, circulatory, nutritional, and psycho-emotional disorders, while helping patients adapt their medical treatments or manage their side effects.

After eleven years in the Alps, Aurélie relocated to Sligo, Ireland, in 2020.

From March 2020 to October 2023, she practiced at an Osteopathy clinic in Strandhill specializing in pediatric care. There, she treated patients of all ages, providing specialized treatment to newborns, infants, children, and pre- and post-natal mothers, with a particular focus on pregnancy and lactation support.

In October 2023, committed to settling long-term in the region, Aurélie opened her own practice at the Sligo Wellness Centre in the heart of Sligo Town.

In July 2026, she expanded her practice to Boyle, County Roscommon, where she now consults one day a week at the Live 5D Health Centre.
